This policy explains how LifeWell Physio handles the personal and health information you share through this website, WhatsApp, phone and during home or online sessions.

What we collect

When you request a visit we collect the details you enter — usually the patient’s name, phone number, age, locality, the problem or treatment needed, preferred time and any message. During treatment we keep clinical notes such as assessment findings, reports you share and progress. We also record the page an enquiry came from and the IP address to prevent spam.

How we use it

• To contact you, arrange home visits or video sessions and provide treatment.
• To keep clinical records needed for safe, continuous care.
• To coordinate with your doctor or surgeon when you ask us to.

We never sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without permission. Health information is shared only with the treating physiotherapist and, with your consent, your doctor.

Online video sessions

Video sessions are live and one-to-one. We do not record sessions unless you explicitly agree. Please take the call from a private space.

WhatsApp and third-party services

WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy. If analytics is enabled on this site, anonymous usage data may be processed by Google Analytics.

Photos

Photos or videos from sessions are used on this website or social media only with written consent of the patient or family, and can be removed on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to lifewellphysio@gmail.com.
